 DTLS Foreword: Gods & Demons" (The Wacky Misadventures of Glory & Curupira in the
                            Real World)  Episode 1-1-2 script storyline  for the  DTLS cable TV pilot
                            movie (Docu-Narrative). Apparently based on real events not documented
                            elsewhere.
                             It's a time travel Work of  Clare & 4-year old Gloriana in Roswell & Texas in mid-Nov 1963,
                             from 2006 A.D Glory's  faster time rate world. Initially, the bewildered pair, Curupira & Glory
                             (Glorificus) accidentally find themselves in a passenger jet over the Pacific, after a bungled
                             portal opening by an increasingly unstable, but still fully empowered Glory.

                             They almost casually kill a hijack team and are met at the alternate airport by the FBI.
                             Things get stranger quickly. After escaping, they are picked up in Roswell by Clare &
                             little Gloriana. Clare appears to be manipulating the past for Glory, and a rather lovable
                             and naive Curupira,  a decade before Glory was crammed into baby Ben.  Glory &
                             Curupira have  unknowingly stumbled onto the edges of the vast conspiracy to assassinate
                             the president

                             Clare 'rescues' the two before an annoyed and increasingly demented Glory turns Roswell
                             into a smoking crater and alters the future that Clare is determined to maintain, as noted in
                             "Our Story".  Gloriana diverts the initially almost childlike Curupira with her dolls, while the
                             sometimes lucid Glorificus happily reads Gloriana's children's books in the back seat.

                             A strange Work,  to be sure. Stranger still, later.  c

                            Things get more complicated as they pass through Dallas and stop to see "President United States",
                            as Glorificus calls him, still looking  for her FBI-promised commendation for stopping the hijacking.

                            Later, Clare's mysterious plan takes the 4 forward to 1979 and New Orleans. There Curupira, Clare,
                            Gloriana & Glorificus meet a clever little 4-year old girl named Clare. Little Clare, looking forward
                            to the family's move to Ohio, is given an odd letter by Clare, who tells her that when she meets
                            the funny-looking green-clad girl later in life, to open it and she'll finally be able to read it. "Do
                            exactly what it says and never get side-tracked."

                            Gloriana gives Little Clare one of her Olsen Twins dolls. Twenty years later, in San Diego, Clare
                            opens the letter, is able to read it and realizes who gave her the out-of-time doll. It is with this Work
                            that we finally begin to appreciate the extent of Clare's manipulations in time after Gloriana's
                            birth. Her dimensional manipulations to ensure the Pantheon always exists are also spread across
                            the sequential trilogy "Parthenogenesis or Perish", "Another Birthday" and "War!".

Part 1: "Slaughter at 30,000 Feet"

"I think we made a mistake, " Glory muttered under her breath, clasping her hands together
unconsciously.

Curupira looked around at the high seats curiously. "What kind of cave...room is this..and what's
that sound...?"

Glorificus extended her senses. "Crap!", she said softly. "We're up in the air. Way up. Moving
at almost blur speed... a flying craft of some sort." She was speaking Curupira's ancient
language, which lacked words for many things.

Curupira examined a creature in the seat behind her, either dead or asleep, she decided.
Sitting up on her knees to do so. Disappointed, she declared, "Useless humans...we're in one of
their 'machines'?"

Though she had no word for machines.
It was actually "useless-human-almost-magic-things".

"I wasn't aware that they could make such things," Glorificus said doubtfully.
"And I'm not sure that I can open the portal again. We're way far from the weak spot to your cave."

Glory pressed her fingers against her temple. Things seemed to be crawling in her head at times.
She had difficulty in doing simple things. Like teleporting. The little green girl was a diversion from
her internal inexplicable travails that seemed to have no origin.

Both were now regretting the joint portal they'd opened after Glory's accidental arrival in Curupira's
cozy cave the other day. Their contrasting lifestyles, but impressive superpowers, had resulted
in almost immediate bonding, if Glory could be said to bond. More accurately, Curupira quickly
sensed that the adolescent-acting god was in some sort of god-trouble and needed company.

Maybe to see what she was up to.
Where she'd portal to next.

To the impossibly ancient Curupira, young though Curupira looked, this god Glory was an exotic
not to be lightly abandoned.  Somewhere deep in her thoughts was the idea that she could
craft a way to advance to godhood herself by tagging along with this strange-talking petite god.

It was only a flash.

But Curupira had done impossible things in the past.
Including her fabled Kiss of Death and the repeated ritual resurrections of her endless line of
new and expendable BeastMasters over the uncountable millennia she'd been a forest demon.

To be truthful, it was beginning to be boring.

Slyly, Curupira had decided to be Glory's confidante and yes-girl to see where it led her.
